Esta idea \u2013ampliamente desarrollada por <strong>Horst Rittel<\/strong> y <strong>Melvin Webber<\/strong> en los a\u00f1os 70 y resignificada m\u00e1s recientemente dentro del discurso del dise\u00f1o por <strong>Richard Buchanan<\/strong> en su art\u00edculo <a title=\"V\u00ednculo a JStor\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jstor.org\/pss\/1511637\">Wicked Problems in Design Thinking<\/a>\u2013 parece ser central para poder avanzar sobre algunas situaciones que nos preocupan en la actualidad.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, el dise\u00f1o \u2013cuando no se pierde en los devaneos del mercado y queda confinado a actuar en los rincones del <em>styling<\/em> (en esta direcci\u00f3n es interesante el art\u00edculo <a title=\"V\u00ednculo al art\u00edculo Sociolog\u00eda del dise\u00f1o\" href=\"http:\/\/maestriadicom.org\/archivo\/sociologia-del-diseno\/\">Sociolog\u00eda del dise\u00f1o<\/a> de Enrique Longinotti)\u2013 puede verse convocado a una mesa de discusi\u00f3n interesante.<\/p>\n<p>Los dise\u00f1adores, en t\u00e9rminos amplios, tal vez seamos quienes estamos m\u00e1s acostumbrados a abordar este tipo de dilemas y contrariamente a lo que algunas tendencias marcan no deber\u00edamos resultar entrampados en una confusi\u00f3n perjudicial: en la b\u00fasqueda de un reconocimiento profesional a\u00fan no logrado, orientar nuestra meta disciplina hacia caminos consolidados desde otras \u00e1reas de la pr\u00e1ctica y el saber, justo cuando el mundo parece estar mirando hacia m\u00e9todos y formas de desarrollo propios del dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Como bien dice Cornella, <em>\u201clos problemas que ya nos aquejan son tremendamente multidimensionales\u201d<\/em> y por lo tanto los m\u00e9todos lineales y algor\u00edtmicos no son demasiado \u00fatiles.<\/p>\n<p>Los dise\u00f1adores deber\u00edamos profundizar entonces en la Heur\u00edstica.
